  Spring Mist Farms is an absolutely wonderful place to visit if you love animals and are curious about Farm Life. They offer so many family-friendly activities in all seasons. My family and I have been going for a decade and we never get tired of it. The animals and people, especially Uncle Dave, are so friendly, it's educational, and super fun. We visit almost every Wednesday in the summer to feed the animals and get our pony rides and in the fall around Halloween and then again for the candy cane Christmas. We just went with our 5 year olds and they loved it! We had a real moment with Santa, my daughter loved building her toy and getting it engraved with her name oh, decorating cookies, the elf scavenger hunt and watching the old fashioned train set go round and round. It was the first time Charlie the camel gave me a kiss and that made my whole year! Where else in Brunswick can you get a camel kiss? We highly recommend this place to any family whether you go there or have Uncle Dave and his family bring the animals to your party. We hope they have much success in the continued years.

  Absolutely horrendous!!!!! They have lost several pieces of important paper work regarding lease info and billing info, have charged hundreds of dollars over CORPORATE'S slow moving pace with pet fees and approvals, do not allow any type of outside Christmas holiday decorations as a concern for the snow plows...???? Rude and unorganized. Regretting moving here and it has only been a few months. This is only a small portion of issues this establishment has provided. HATE IT. And to think they try to save their name by saying that these accusations from not only myself but other reviews are not correct - instead of trying to fix their own issues. I'm sure the issues will keep piling up with this company....

  We worked with the RSVP Group (Renee and Morganne) for the purchase of our home in March 2017. As first time home buyers we were overwhelmed and unfamiliar with the process, but Renee and Morganne took all the stress out of it for us. Better yet, they made the process easy and fun. My husband and I were admittedly a bit scattered as to what we wanted in a home, but they're so experienced and good at their jobs that I believe they may have figured out what we wanted even before we did! They were responsive and professional, and their in-depth level of knowledge and negotiation skills are top notch. We were referred to them by a friend who thinks highly of them, and we'd gladly keep that referral chain going. Thank you Renee and Morganne!
